Returns/Exchanges:|

Our items are handcrafted and are made to order. We accept ZERO returns or exchanges unless incorrect item(s) were shipped. 

 

Orders:|

In the event that your order is lost or missing in the mail we do advise you to follow up with the postal service and file a claim with them. All packages are insured. We also ask that you forward all details to our customer service department to better assist you.

Undelivered lost packages may be reissued. 

Delivered lost/stolen package may be reissued after claim is filed. 

In the event your order is incorrect please email us a photo of what you have received and we will replace the order in 1 to 3 business days. 

 

Shipping/Processing:|

All orders are fulfilled within 7 to 12 business days. Tracking numbers can take anywhere from 1 to 4 business days to update depending on our mail pick up day/ when the post office scans in your package. Any delays with the mailing services (USPS, FedEx, UPS) are beyond our control.

Due to global shipping delays, shipping delays can exceed up to 5 to 7 days for us orders and 5 to 12 days for international orders.
